Being so tired, I have left the notes for my oyster mushroom challenge recipe at home! But, no-one else has submitted a recipe so I am not really that bothered. I will do mine later 
This week’s challenge is to bake something using peaches.

I will do an oyster mushroom post over the weekend … did peaches for your Come Dine With Me dessert, so not sure I’ll contribute again as my family didn’t really enjoy them
I saw these amazing doughnut peaches at Woolies so I am hoping they will be there when I go shopping later
We tried the Woolies peaches last night – they are divine white dessert peaches that were the juiciest ever. SO GOOD.
I am looking so forward to using them
