As no one has taken part in the last Regional And Seasonal Challenge I am going to carry over the give away. I do not set these challenges for any other reason other than to challenge myself, so I am not at all concerned about the lack of participation. However, I will not give the recipe book away if there is only one entry! It needs to be a deserved winner of a challenge.
This month the challenge is to cook using rocket.
As I have just planted some in my garden I should manage this one
Don’t forget to link back to my blog if you take part and to leave me a comment here that you have done so.

I love rocket!! Unfortunately mine has died now!! I normally add it fresh to a meal!
I have just planted some that is looking wonderful – hopefully it will last for me to do the challenge

I always think of it fresh. I wonder what it cooks like? (Keep reading here I guess)
or give it a try!
Mmmm…. I love rocket..or arugula as I refer to it!! I use it in so many ways but mostly salads. I will give it some thought to join your challenge!
that will be fantastic
Hi Tandy, Maybe I’ll have time for this one. I use rocket (or arugula as we tend to call it in the states). I tired your link thing on the last challenge & I was not sure how to link. I didn’t really understand where your address & mine went. I may have a bit of time this weekend to try to figure it out. If I can, you can count me in!
hope you do the challenge – and don’t worry about the linky! I have not put it in this challenge
I love rocket, it is my favourite lettuce though we will not have any again until the spring.. maybe i should try and grow some in the window! c
do try, I would love to know if it grows indoors
Love rocket but sadly ours has come to an end now
it is seasonal for us now
Ooh, I love rocket. *Heads off to think of what to make*
looking forward to what you come up with
You always have the most interesting ingredients, haha. What is rocket? I don’t think I’ve ever seen it in the U.S.
It’s known as arugula in the US
love the new avatar! Sorry, I should remember not everything is called the same all over. When I first heard arugula I had to google the term
Thank you! And I think I love the name Rocket way more than arugula–time to switch it up and confuse everyone I know
it will make for some strange looking faces when you call the green stuff rocket
Okey dokey, I can do this
yay! and thanks, I see you have but no time to read blogs yet xxx
