So, yesterday may have started with sunshine, but the storm clouds came over and threatened to make me miserable again! But, after having decided ENOUGH IS ENOUGH, I went to gym and cycled the bad emotions away. It is amazing how good you can feel after a little endorphin rush. I tried to visit my godson yesterday, but his mom was snoozing the afternoon away. Dave and the builder had a meeting last night and discussed the next phase of the project. We are going to have the painter spend next week priming all the walls and then the following week they will start on the ceilings. The beams are busy being sanded and sealed so they will be dry by the time the ceiling is laid down. By the end of March we should have the roof on – this is exciting news.
I have been nominated for the Eat In Best Local Food Blogger Awards and I would so appreciate your vote:

Your Daily Diary doesn’t have a homepage, so I can’t go back and read, it just takes me to today’s diary
I know – it frustrates Chantelle as well. Sometime I should try and figure out how to make it a ‘home’ page!
So can you send me a link to last Tuesday’s post???

The red shoes were worn by a lady in front of me at the till at Clicks on Monday – I do not do high heels unless under duress. Wishing you and Keith and your family a blessed Christmas. May your hike be easy and your travels light. xxx

I read between the lines that you’ve been very hurt by someone and would like to give whoever it is a really hard clout. You’re a dedicated food blogger and probably the most honest about things than anyone else I know!
You are always welcome to sponsor me
thanks Cindy, your words mean so much to me. The sponsorship was not monetary but it would have meant a lot of effort and time – which I don’t have that much of. But, I really believed in this person and where they are heading. Also, I keep putting ideas out there and they are used without any acknowledgement. I have learnt my lesson big time which is why I have to learn to keep my mouth shut until the idea is tangible!
Cams was here waving *hi*
hello my darling friend xxx
