  2. A nice recipe for gluten free chocolate cake. I do keep my eyes open for gluten free recipes as one of my son’s friends is allergic to gluten. I have baked with both almond flour and rice flour.

  9. I love these intro stories, I think they are absolutely classic, especially since you rarely pass comment which somehow makes them funnier still. Casava having the same consistency as wheat is a good lead, must give that a bash. GMO has made wheat a monster which it never should have been!
