This delicious all natural honey is fresh from Freeflow Apiaries located on a pristine fynbos mountainside just outside Wellington. Because Lalibela honey is not processed, it retains all its natural antioxidants, minerals, vitamins, amino acids, enzymes, carbohydrates and phytonutrients. All vital in maintaining good health. Lalibela bees are never fed sugar water or routine antibiotics. This is the honey I use to make my granola and my infused honey. The salt is additive and preservative free and contains high levels of trace minerals which are vital in maintaining good health. ORYX desert SALT is harvested in the Kalahari desert in South Africa in a region which has never been inhabited or used for industry and is therefore as pollution free as one can get. It is extracted from an ancient underground brine lake, which is fed by three underground streams, a sustainable and renewable source.
