  5. We have never owned a drier, which on those long humid wet weeks of summer can be a pain but the small inconvenience outweighs the cost of the electricity we would use (or not). I like the sound of this curry as I forget about the Indian and Asian communities in SA. I’d love to hear more about them in future stories and recipes.
