Something Sweet Challenge: Peaches

Something Sweet Challenge: Peaches

This week’s challenge is to bake something using peaches. This is a seasonal fruit that divides our house. I love dessert peaches and Dave does not. Dave prefers the yellow cling variety. I buy these and will eat them but they don’t really lend themselves to baking.

Being so tired, I have left the notes for my oyster mushroom challenge recipe at home! But, no-one else has submitted a recipe so I am not really that bothered. I will do mine later 🙂

to see what I did with my oyster mushrooms, please click here. Cindy found some mushrooms in her garden, which she did not use! To see what she made, click here.

  2. I will do an oyster mushroom post over the weekend … did peaches for your Come Dine With Me dessert, so not sure I’ll contribute again as my family didn’t really enjoy them 🙁

    1. I saw these amazing doughnut peaches at Woolies so I am hoping they will be there when I go shopping later 🙂

      1. We tried the Woolies peaches last night – they are divine white dessert peaches that were the juiciest ever. SO GOOD.
