I am in the process of reviewing a book on tissue salts. Fearing Dave is deficient in Natrum Phosphoricum (tissue salt 10) I decided to mix up this digestive spice blend. Time will tell if it makes any difference. But it is making a huge taste difference to our meals.
A few weeks ago I woke up at 4am so that I could get my friend Rosey to the airport. She was flying back to Harare via Johannesburg on a staff ticket. These seats are not allocated until the last minute. And everything about our morning after we arrived at the airport was last minute. We arrived well in time for Rosey to get a seat on the flight. But about 50 people had not. There were 2 ladies at the counter dealing with late arrivals. While we were standing there being ignored a woman came to the desk saying she knew she was late for her flight. She had arrived 5 minutes before departure. So now they had to find her another seat on another flight. They were still helping people 15 minutes before scheduled departure, which meant a lot of flights would be delayed.

Then a young man came up to the ground controller saying he had to be dealt with immediately. He gave his flight number and handed over his driver’s license but they could not find his name on the manifest. He stormed off and 2 more people crowded her. One trying to get his clients onto the afternoon flight, and another trying to get onto the flight leaving in half an hour. All the time Rosey and I patiently waited around to be spoken to. Eventually we interrupted the conversations taking place to inform the staff Rosey had to get onto a flight or she would miss her connection. They told her to take her suitcases to the departure gate and they would sort out the seat. Thankfully she got on the flight and I escaped the chaos.
