  • 30mls salt flakes
  • 15mls black peppercorns
  • 10mls smoked paprika
  • 10mls dried ginger
  • 10mls ground coriander
  • 5mls ground turmeric
  • 5mls ground cumin
  • 5mls ground cloves
  • 5mls ground cinnamon
  • 5mls ground allspice
  1. Place all of the ingredients into a non stick frying pan
  2. Lightly toast over a low temperature
  3. Once toasted, place into a spice grinder and grind till smooth
  4. Place into a bottle to store, and use as needed
