Hasselback Potatoes
This is an easy side dish to make for any meal

  • 1 generous size potato per person
  • Olive oil for drizzling
  • Salt and freshly ground black pepper to season
  1. Preheat the oven to 220° Celsius
  2. Carefully slice thin sections into each potato, ending as close to the bottom as you can, without cutting through
  3. Place the potatoes into an oven proof dish and drizzle generously with olive oil
  4. Rub in gently and then season well
  5. Bake for 70 minutes and serve with butter
