Gingerbread Spice
You can play around with these spices to make them your own

  • 5mls ground ginger
  • 2.5mls ground nutmeg
  • 5mls ground cinnamon
  • 1.25mls ground cloves
  • 5mls ground allspice
  • 1.25mls ground cardamom
  • 1 star anise
  • 1.25mls ground coriander
  1. Place all of the spices into a dry, non stick frying pan
  2. Gently fry off over a low temperature until you can smell the spices
  3. Place into a spice grinder and blend to break up the star anise
  4. Use straight away or store in a sealed glass jar
