Good quiz. I always thought bucatini was a form of pasta, and I think au levain is sourdough (it sure is at our boulangerie):)
I am sure it is sourdough as well 🙂
Honestly I have never even heard Of a pie funnel before 😛
Teach me every time 🙂

I love learning new things so I am glad you have learnt something new 🙂
Hi Tandy, Thanks for taking part!! Spot on with your answers, as always!! I hope you are indoors and staying warm?
I had to go outside and measure windows with Dave! Otherwise it was a warm and snug Sunday 🙂 Hope yours was too xox
Well done with your answers, Tandy. My mom had a ceramic blackbird pie funnel.Maybe she still has it after all these years. I must ask her. 😉
I have seen those pie funnels – they look so cute and perfect for a pie 🙂
I thought that Bucatini al’Amatriciana was the large pasta noodles with a hole in them served with a rich sauce. Hmmm, I didn’t do well at that quiz then.
I could be wrong!
I never knew the scald milk one, in fact most of what you answer I had no idea about! amazing what there is out there to learn. I have a black crow pie funnel, but only because it reminds me of my Mum 🙂
There is so much to learn which I am grateful for as it keeps the brain ticking over 🙂
What a lovely quiz! I didn’t know a few answers! I learned a lot!
I am just back after being away for 2 weeks on my blog & love your new blog! A great move, I think! 😉 xxx
Thanks Sophie, it has been a lot of hard work moving 🙂
