White Wine Sangria

Make this using any citrus juice that is in season

Author: an original recipe from Lavender and Lime


  • 750 mls Chenin Blanc or chardonnay
  • 600 mls soda water
  • 600 mls mandarin juice
  • 60 mls campari
  • 30 g pomegranate arils
  • 100 g raspberries
  • 100 g blueberries


  • Place the wine, soda water, juice and campari into a decanter
  • Stir gently to combine
  • Add the pomegranate and berries and leave to macerate in the fridge for an hour before serving
