Author: An original recipe from Lavender and Lime


  • 750 mls red wine
  • 1 large orange cut into eight pieces
  • 2 apples cored and cut into large cubes
  • 1 pineapple peeled and cut into large cubes
  • 750 mls fresh orange juice
  • 750 mls lemonade


  • Put the fruit into a large jug
  • Pour the wine over the fruit and leave in the fridge overnight
  • Pour out 500mls of the wine and add 250mls orange juice and 250mls lemonade
  • Mix well and top up with equal amounts wine and orange juice as needed
