"Herbed Danish Feta Pasta"

Herbed Danish Feta Pasta


  • 15 mls olive oil
  • 1 clove garlic thinly sliced
  • 1 chilli cut in half
  • 4 roma tomatoes cut into chunks
  • 125 g marinated feta cheese
  • 5 mls dried mixed herbs


  • while your pasta is cooking heat the olive oil in a large frying pan
  • on a gentle heat sauté the garlic
  • add the chilli and the tomatoes and cook for 2 minutes
  • remove the chilli
  • add the feta and the herbs
  • toss the pasta through the sauce before serving
  • you may need to add some pasta water to loosen the sauce
