Lemon Icing

Ingredients

  • 250 mls icing sugar
  • 1 lemon juice and zest

Instructions

  • sift the icing sugar into a bowl
  • mix in the zest and juice until you have a slightly runny icing

Notes

what I did: I melted 85g white sugar free chocolate and added 2 drops of lemon essential oil
