Coriander Hummus
This is a variation on traditional hummus

Ingredients
1 x 400g
tin
chickpeas

mls
tahini

mls
lemon juice

mls
olive oil
Salt and freshly ground black pepper to season

coriander, roughly chopped
Method
Place all of the ingredients into a blender
Process until combined and as smooth as you like it
At this stage you might need to add some water if you prefer a thinner consistency
Adjust the seasoning and serve
