Sugar Free Condensed Milk
This is the easiest sweet treat to make at home!

bicarbonate of soda
Place the milk, glucose and fructose into a sauce pan
Bring to the boil and immediately reduce the temperature
Leave on a low temperature setting to reduce, stirring occasionally
It should take about an hour to thicken
As soon as it thickens, take off the heat
Stir in the bicarbonate of soda
Leave to cool before placing into a
sterilized glass jar
If you don't have glucose powder, just adjust the quantity of fructose. It will work the same.
When it starts to bubble like mad take it off the heat immediately.
