Method
Place the water, oil, starter, salt, fructose, flour and yeast into your bread maker container
Select the following settings * - 750g loaf / medium crust / whole wheat
Let your bread maker do its thing and when done, take the bread out of the container and leave to cool completely on a wire rack
Notes
* I have a Breville bread maker and these are the settings available to me. Use the closest settings on your machine if they differ.
