Beer Bread
Makes enough for: 1 loaf bread
Ingredients
- 330 mls stout
- 30 mls honey
- 1.25 mls ground cloves
- 7.5 mls salt
- 50 g rye flour
- 100 g bread flour
- 300 g wholewheat bread flour
- 6.25 mls yeast
Method
- Place the ingredients into your bread maker in the order listed above
- Select a 750g loaf and use the wholewheat setting
- Once baked, turn out and allow to cool completely before slicing
