Berry Ice Cream Shakes
Ingredients
- 75 g pomegranate seeds
- 75 g blueberries
- 100 g strawberries hulled and cut in half
- 260 g ice cream taken out the freezer to soften
- 10 mls honey
Method
- blend the ingredients together for a great refreshing treat

you can refreeze this for a berry ice cream, or change the ice cream to yoghurt
