Blueberry Compote
I only made 100g when I made for my crème brûlée
Makes enough for: 1 batch compote
Ingredients
- 250 g frozen blueberries
- 25 g honey
Method
- Place the blueberries and honey into a small sauce pan
- Bring to a simmer on the stove over a low temperature
- Once the liquid has thickened remove from the heat and set aside to cool
