Coriander And Avocado Salad Dressing

Ingredients

  • 125 mls mayonnaise
  • 125 mls crème fraîche
  • 125 mls pulped avocado
  • 5 mls white wine vinegar
  • 2 cloves garlic, crushed
  • 1 generous handful coriander, roughly chopped
  • salt and freshly ground black pepper to season

Method

  • Mix all the ingredients together and keep in the fridge until needed
