Fizzy Sherbet
You get fizz from the bicarb, sour from the citric acid and flavour, colour and sweet from the jelly powder.
Makes enough for: 1 batch of sherbet
Ingredients
- 5 mls bicarbonate of soda
- 5 mls citric acid
- 15 mls jelly powder
Method
- Place the bicarbonate of soda, citric acid and jelly powder into a small bowl
- Stir to combine
- Dip a lolly or your finger into the sherbet and enjoy the fizz
