Ginger Salad Dressing
This ginger salad dressing is perfect with any green leafs
Makes enough for: 1 batch salad dressing
Ingredients
- 30 mls apple cider vinegar
- 1.25 cm fresh root ginger finely grated
- 10 g honey
- 45 mls olive oil
- 5 mls sesame oil
- Salt to season
Method
- Place the vinegar, ginger and honey into a jug and whisk to combine
- Add the oils and whisk until combined
- Season to taste with the salt
- Pour into a salad dressing bottle and use as needed
