Ginger Whisky Cocktail
This is the perfect cocktail for a hot day
Makes enough for: 1 cocktail
Ingredients
- Ice for your glass
- 30 mls ginger syrup
- 60 mls whisky
- 100 mls soda water
- 1 lime cheek for garnish
Method
- Fill a highball glass with ice
- Add the ginger syrup, whisky and soda water
- Garnish with lime and enjoy
