Herb Dressing
This salad dressing will go perfectly well with a robust salad such as slaw
Makes enough for: 1 batch salad dressing
Ingredients
- 125 mls crème fraîche
- 100 g feta cheese
- Generous grind of black pepper to season
- Salt to season
- 60 mls apple cider vinegar
- 30 mls olive oil
- 2.5 mls minced garlic
- 5 mls dried thyme
- 60 mls water
Method
- Place all of the ingredients into a jug
- Mix well using a stick blender
- Keep refrigerated in a sterilized glass bottle
