Microwave Cake
This is the perfect bake for when a sweet craving hits you
Makes enough for: 1 cake
Ingredients
- 15 g butter
- 105 mls milk
- 35 g flour
- 30 g hot chocolate powder
- 15 g xylitol
- 1.25 mls baking powder
Method
- Place the butter into a large microwave proof mug and melt in the microwave
- Add the milk, flour, hot chocolate, xylitol and baking powder and whisk to combine
- Place back into the microwave and cook on high for 2 minutes
- Leave to sit for a minute before tucking in
