Place the milk, honey, vanilla and salt into a sauce pan

Bring up to blood temperature over a medium temperature

Remove from the heat and add the cream

Stir to combine and then pour into a jug and place into the fridge overnight

Churn as per your ice cream machine manufacturer's' instructions

Fold in the orange curd and then place into a container

Freeze for at least 4 hours before serving
