Passion Fruit Ice Cream
You can substitute granadilla juice to make this simple no churn ice cream
Makes enough for: 1 batch ice cream
Ingredients
- 250 mls whipping cream
- 57 g icing sugar
- 175 mls passion fruit juice
Method
- Place the cream and icing sugar into a mixing bowl and whisk to soft peak stage
- Add the juice and whisk to incorporate
- Place into a lidded, freezer proof container and freeze for at least 4 hours before serving
