Pimm's Cocktail
If you prefer your cocktail sweeter then use lemonade in place of the gingerale
Makes enough for: 1 cocktail
Ingredients
- 200 mls gingerale
- 90 mls Pimm's No. 1
- 7.5 mls lime juice
garnish
- 1 large ball of ice, optional
- 1 cucumber strip
- 1 strawberry, trimmed
- 1 sprig mint
- ½ slice of orange
- ½ slice of lemon
Method
- Place the gingerale, Pimm's, and lime juice into a glass and use a swizzle stick to combine
- Add the ice, cucumber, strawberry, mint, orange and lemon and enjoy straight away
