Pomegranate Ice Cream
This no churn recipe is super simple to make
Makes enough for: 1 batch ice cream
Ingredients
- 350 mls whipping cream
- 80 g icing sugar
- 175 mls pomegranate juice
- 80 g pomegranate arils
Method
- Place the cream and icing sugar into a mixing bowl and whisk to soft peak stage
- Add the pomegranate juice and whisk to incorporate
- Fold in the pomegranate arils
- Place into a lidded freezer proof container and freeze for at least 4 hours before serving
