Recipe For Dijon Salad Dressing
This dressing is perfect for using on simple salads using just lettuce leaves
Makes enough for: 1 batch Salad Dressing
Ingredients
- 1 egg
- 15 mls Dijon mustard
- 15 mls guacamole or crushed avocado
- 5 mls mayonnaise
- 5 mls sherry vinegar
- 60 mls canola oil
- Salt and freshly ground black pepper to season
Method
- Place the egg into a mixing jug and whisk
- Add the mustard, guacamole, mayonnaise, vinegar and oil
- Whisk until combined
- Season to taste
- Place into a salad dressing bottle and shake before using
