Sim B's Chocolate Cake
Makes enough for: 1 cake
Ingredients
- 430 mls self raising flour
- 250 mls fructose
- 125 mls cocoa powder
- 250 g plain yoghurt
- 2 eggs
- 5 mls bicarbonate of soda
- 5 mls vanilla extract
- 120 g butter at room temperature
Method
- Preheat the oven to 180° Celsius
- mix everything together
- pour into a ring tin
- bake for 30 minutes
