Spiced Salt
Use this as a dry rub for pork or venison, or with roast vegetables
Makes enough for: 1 batch spice blend
Ingredients
- 30 g coarse salt
- 5 g ground coriander
- 5 g ground cumin
- 5 g paprika
Method
- Place the salt into a spice grinder and grind until fine
- Tip into a bowl, add the spices and blend to mix
