Sweet Caramelized Apples
Make these to go with ice cream
Makes enough for: 1 batch of Caramelized Apples
Ingredients
- 30 g salted butter
- 30 g coconut sugar
- 5 mls ground cinnamon
- pinch of ground nutmeg
- 3 apples, peeled, cored and diced
Method
- Place the butter into a non stick frying pan and heat over a medium to high temeprature
- When melted add the sugar and spices
- Stir until the butter begins to froth then add the apples
- Cook until soft and serve warm
