Tarragon Vinegar
An easy vinegar to make using any herb of your choice
Makes enough for: 1 batch Vinegar
Ingredients
- 20 leaves fresh tarragon
- 100 mls white wine vinegar
Method
- Lightly crush the tarragon leaves
- Place into a sterilized glass bottle
- Top with the vinegar
- Leave to infuse for a week before using
