Tuna Sauce
This is so tasty and keeps well
Makes enough for: 2 people
Ingredients
- 45 mls teriyaki sauce
- 15 mls sweet chilli sauce
- 5 mls sesame seed oil
- 5 g fresh coriander roughly chopped
- Fresh tuna
Method
- Place the teriyaki sauce, sweet chilli sauce and sesame seed oil into a small jug
- Whisk to combine then add the coriander
- Sear your tuna to your liking, slice and pour the sauce over
- Serve immediately
