Birthday Microwave Cake
You can add frosting to the cake when cool if you really want to make this a celebration
Makes enough for: 1 person
Ingredients
- 42 g fructose
- 30 mls canola oil
- 2.5 mls rose water
- 1 egg
- 42 g flour
- 15 g soft-centred cake pearls (or sprinkles)
Method
- Place the fructose, oil, rose water and egg into a large microwave safe mug or glass
- Use a fork and mix the ingredients together until smooth
- Add the flour and mix with the fork until just combined
- Add the cake pearls and stir in with the fork to distribute them through the batter
- Place into a microwave and cook on 900W power for 1 minute and 20 seconds
- Remove from the microwave and allow to cool slightly before tucking in
