Cardamom Ice Cream
This no churn ice cream pairs well with a wide variety of desserts
Makes enough for: 1 batch ice cream
Ingredients
- 500 mls whipping cream
- 5 mls ground cardamom
- 395 g condensed milk
Method
- Place the cream and the cardamom into a stand mixer bowl and whisk to soft peaks
- Add the condensed milk and whisk to combine
- Pour into a freezer proof container and freeze overnight before serving
