Chocolate Caramel Mug Cake
Within 5 minutes you can have an amazing treat!
Makes enough for: 1 person
Ingredients
- 50 g flour
- 23 g fructose
- 6 g cocoa powder
- 1.25 mls baking powder
- 30 mls canola oil
- 15 mls milk
- 2.5 mls vanilla extract
- 1 egg
- 48 g caramel
- 0.625 mls flaked salt
Method
- Place the flour, fructose and cocoa powder into a large microwave safe mug or glass and mix with a fork
- Add the oil, milk, vanilla and egg and using the fork, mix until smooth
- Drop the caramel and flaked salt into the mixture and swirl them in
- Microwave at 900W for 1 minute and 30 seconds
- Take care when removing from the microwave if using glass as it will be hot!
