Ingredients
- 425 g ClemenGolds, thinly sliced *
- 125 g limes, thinly sliced
- 10 g fresh root ginger, peeled and grated
- 250 mls fructose
- 15 g apple pectin
Method
- Place the ingredients in this order, into your bread maker
- Select the jam setting
- Allow to cool before placing into sterilized glass jars
- Refrigerate once opened
