Furikake
This recipe can easily be scaled up so you have a good quantity that will store well for 2 months
Makes enough for: 1 batch furikake
Ingredients
- 40 mls sesame seeds, lightly toasted
- 5 mls togarashi
- 5 mls finely chopped nori
- 1.875 mls finely chopped bonito flakes
Method
- Place the sesame seeds, togarashi, nori and bonito flakes into a small bowl and mix to combine
- Set aside to use straight away or store in a glass jar and use as needed
