Honey Salad Dressing
You can change the flavour by using different vinegars
Makes enough for: 1 batch Salad Dressing
Ingredients
- 180 mls olive oil
- 90 mls apple cider vinegar
- 30 g honey
- 5 mls Dijon mustard
- salt and freshly ground black pepper to season
Method
- Place the oil, vinegar, honey and mustard into a jug
- Whisk to combine then season to taste
- Store in a salad dressing bottle that has a lid
- Shake to combine before using
