Lemon Icing
Ingredients
- 250 mls icing sugar
- 1 lemon juice and zest
Method
- sift the icing sugar into a bowl
- mix in the zest and juice until you have a slightly runny icing

what I did: I melted 85g white sugar free chocolate and added 2 drops of lemon essential oil
