Yoghurt And Tahini Dressing
Makes enough for: 1 batch salad dressing
Ingredients
- 100 mls yoghurt
- 30 mls tahini
- 5 mls ground cumin
- 1 lemon, juice only
- Salt and freshly ground black pepper to season
Method
- Mix together the yoghurt, tahini, cumin and lemon juice
- Season to taste
