Orange Mug Cake
This is a decadent dessert, perfect for sharing if you really want to
Makes enough for: 1 person
Ingredients
- 36 g fructose
- 21 g flour
- 5 g cocoa powder
- 1.25 mls baking powder
- 30 mls canola oil
- 15 mls milk
- 2.5 mls vanilla extract
- 1 egg
- 2 x 10 g orange chocolate blocks
Method
- Place the fructose, flour, cocoa powder and baking powder into a 300ml mug
- Mix together using a fork then add the oil, milk, vanilla extract, and egg
- Mix until smooth then place one chocolate block on top of the batter
- Place into a 900W microwave and microwave on 100% power for 1 minute
- Remove from the microwave and place the other chocolate block on top of the cake
- Place back into the microwave and microwave on 100% power for 10 seconds
- Remove and allow to cool slightly before tucking in
