Something Sweet Challenge: Use Dessert Wine

This week, the challenge is to bake something sweet using a dessert wine. I have a love affair with dessert wine and at any one time you will find at least two bottles in my fridge. This is quite strange as we hardly ever drink the stuff! But every time I taste a glass of one that I enjoy I find myself buying a bottle.

  4. Hmmm, can I get away with using a non sweet wine in a dessert? I have a great recipe, but sweet wine might make it too sweet.
