Cajun Spice Ingredient Challenge

I have been chosen as a foodbuzz ambassador for their 24×24 challenge. This month the theme is Gulf inspired and I will be cooking a three course meal. The meal has to be served on the 24th of July and my post has to be on my blog on the 25th. My challenge to you ends at midnight on the 25th and I hope you will all join me by doing a part of the challenge with me.
