Ingredient Challenge Chocolate And Sour Cream

The challenge this week is to bake something using chocolate and sour cream. If you take part in the challenge, please link back to my blog, and let me know in the comments so that I can include you in the round up. Chocolate is the one ingredient that I always have in my pantry. Dave and I usually have four blocks each after dinner and sometimes I will sneak in an extra few before he gets home to enjoy with my coffee. I also always have sour cream in my fridge. I use sour cream on my baked potatoes, in my mushroom sauce, as an addition to soups and as an essential ingredient when I make a boiled potato salad. Combining the two ingredients sounds like it could be interesting.
